Returns & Exchanges
Return policy
- Returns are allowed within 14 working days.
- Returns must be in their original brand new, unwashed, unworn and unscented condition with tags. It must be returned in the original packaging intact, in a resalable condition.
- Returns will be processed in credits form, strictly no cash refunds allowed.
- Any fees pertaining to return will be borne by you. Original shipping charges, duties and/or taxes are non-refundable.
We will hold the right to reject any returns that are not deemed to be in returnable condition.

Defects
We apologise if you have received any defective item. Please kindly email us hellocosidays@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Do note that these are not considered defects:
- Slight discrepancy with product measurements, please allow 1-2cm range.
- Loose threads
- Minor stain that can be washed off
- Slight colour differences due to lighting or monitor resolution
- Subjective opinions on products that are not up to your preference
